Once installedMicrosoftOption 2016 “Getting Started / Managing 365” can install the language add-on.
Language Packs (LAPs)
– Updates the Office user interface (ribbons, menu items, and commands) for some or all of the Office applications in the display language selected in the Microsoft Office 2016 language preferences.
–Supports language selected in Microsoft Office Language Preferences 2016.
– Includes spell checking, checkinggrammar and thesaurus.

The Office 2016 Language Accessory Kit is provided free of charge by MS.
Links to this page are downloaded only for 32-bit versions of Office. 64-bit LAP references are not available.

Configuring the Language of the Machine
After installing the language pack, you must set up Office for new language preferences.
-Open the Office program and select “Language File Settings”.
– In the “Selecting Editing Languages” section, make sure that the language is added to this list.
– If the language pack of the accessory includes authentication tools for that language, a “Verification” message will be displayed “Installed”.
– In the “Select” display languages and “Help”, you can change the default screen and help languages for all office applications.
– Restart all package programsOffice to make changes take effect.
– You can change the default language for Office applications in the “Configure Language Settings” dialog box.
